Reservations can be made via e-mail, the booking engine on our website, or WhatsApp.
A reservation is only confirmed after 100% of the rental amount has been paid.
Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the check-in date.
All cancellations must be communicated by e-mail.
For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival or in case of a no-show, the reservation is non-refundable.
A €250 security deposit is required upon arrival.
The deposit will be refunded after the stay, provided no damage has been found and all keys/badges have been returned.
In case of loss or damage of a badge, a replacement will be issued and the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
