Final cleaning is mandatory and included in the rental price.
Guests are kindly requested to leave the house in a tidy condition (dishes done, waste disposed of properly, etc.).

Check-out: by 10:00 at the latest
Smoking inside the holiday home is not allowed.
Pets are welcome.
The maximum occupancy is 14 adults.
Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.
Any damage caused by guests or their party will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the owner reserves the right to charge additional costs.
The owner cannot be held responsible for accidents, loss, or theft during the stay.
